Roll in style in this Resto-mod 1969 bobtail Bronco being sold at the Vicari Auction taking place Oct. 4-7 at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center, Biloxi, Mississippi.
This 4WD classic sports a complete frame-off restoration that includes all new sheet metal (with the exception of the tailgate and grille), custom PPG Pearl Cyber Orange paint, zinc-coated frame and undercarriage components with the underbody coated in Rhino Lining. Seats are from a 2020 Toyota Tacoma and are covered in Oxford White Katzkin leather. The custom center console is also Oxford White Katzkin leather. The interior floor is coated with black Rhino Lining. All of the trim is painted in PPG Black Satin, including the rear roll bar, bumpers and factory style fender flares from Bronco Graveyard. The 320 horsepower engine is a Ford 289 with an Edelbrock manifold, mild street cam and 4 barrel carb with less than 5,000 miles on it. The custom exhaust is made of 2 1/2″ tubing. In keeping with the classic style, this beautiful Bronco sports a rebuilt three-speed manual transmission and James Duff shifters for both the transmission and the two-speed transverse. Traction comes from 32 x 11.50 Falken Wildpeak A/T tires mounted on 15 x 8 powder coated aluminum alloy wheels. It has been upgraded with power steering, a new wiring harness and LED running lights.
