READING, PENNSYLVANIA — March 18, 2025 — EnerSys (NYSE: ENS), a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications and the manufacturer of ODYSSEY® batteries, is set to power the world’s only competitive team of all-disabled racing drivers for the fourth consecutive year after extending its ODYSSEY® battery sponsorship with Team BRIT for 2025. As part of the company’s longstanding support for Team BRIT and its mission to create a completely level playing field for disabled racing drivers, in addition to equipping their custom-built vehicles with ODYSSEY® batteries, EnerSys will provide technical battery expertise throughout the season. Team BRIT’s race cars – two McLaren 570S GT4s and a BMW® M240i, which use advanced hand control technology to allow drivers to compete on equal terms against their able-bodied rivals – will also feature ODYSSEY® battery branding.

The renewed sponsorship agreement will help enable Team BRIT to further its work to create a ladder of development opportunities for disabled drivers, from grassroots, entry level racing, to the most competitive endurance racing in the United Kingdom (UK).
