Hellwig expands offerings for electric vehicles with two new sway bars for 2017-and-newer Tesla Model 3 vehicles that improve handling and stability

With more electric vehicles on the road than ever, Hellwig Suspension Products continues to grow its catalog of products for vehicles like the Tesla Model 3. With most electric vehicles carrying an overall weight heavier than their gas-powered counterparts, outfitting an upgraded sway bar will drastically increase their comfort and handling. Forged from heat-treated chromoly steel, Hellwig Products sway bars are designed to alleviate unwanted body roll, pitching, and discomfort in corners and turns. White-knuckle rides and heart-dropping moments while out on the road are less common with a stiffer, upgraded sway bar. All Hellwig Products sway bars are made from 4140 chromoly steel and feature a signature powder-coated finish. Each sway bar kit includes all hardware needed for installation. The Tesla Model 3 front sway bar (Part Number 7986) is available for $465.07, and the rear sway bar option (Part Number 7906) is available for $412.05. Both sway bars reuse factory end links and come with polyurethane bushings. Installation can be done in a home garage or driveway without a lift and with the use of basic hand tools, or by a recommended installer from the Hellwig Products website.
